Newtown councillors day of action on dog fouling

9 members of Newtown Town council were out and about in the parks and green spaces of Netwown on Friday, giving Keep Wales Tidy dog fouling lealfets, bio-degradable dog bags and a Message from the Mayor to all dog owners.
Many residents have serious concerns about dog fouling and have raised the matter with councillors.
